Shenila Hill-Rodriguez

Shenila Hill Rodriguez is a leadership strategist and coach who helps organizations develop and retain strong leaders. After a 20-year career in IT program management leading PMOs for organizations such as BellSouth, Travelport, and Fiserv, she shifted her focus to leadership development, designing and delivering programs that grow talent at every level.

As former Director of Program Delivery and current Lead Matcher at Pathbuilders, she helps shape high-impact mentoring experiences across the multiple Pathbuilders leadership programs. She is a certified John Maxwell speaker, coach, and trainer and holds a PhD In Organization and Management with a specialization in Leadership

Today, she combines her leadership expertise with a passion for artificial intelligence, is certified in AI, and loves helping professionals and entrepreneurs lean in and embrace AI technology.

She serves on the Board of the Women in Leadership Program at the University of North Georgia, is a graduate of Leadership Gwinnett, and is active in the community through Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and The Links, Incorporated. She has received numerous honors and awards for her community work.  In her spare time, she loves to travel and enjoys helping others travel the world as well.
