PERFORM helps early-career professionals build the habits, skills, and network needed to transition from individual contributor toward emerging leader. Mentees learn to navigate organizational expectations, accept stretch assignments, and present themselves as future leaders.

Programs are delivered in a hybrid format — periodic in-person workshops in metro Atlanta plus online sessions — with one-on-one mentoring throughout the cohort.
