Program details
Putting them on the right path
This program uniquely combines role-model mentoring with peer networking and a proven curriculum. Interactive workshops, panel discussions, and mentee learning teams are facilitated by experienced role-model mentors. Delivery can be adapted for in-person or online formats inside your organization.
Format: Hybrid — periodic in-person workshops in metro Atlanta plus online sessions, with one-on-one mentoring throughout the cohort.
